Linking to Tom's Signs: https://backroadstraveller.blogspot.com/
I saw this sign at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. I thought it was pretty cool. I am so against littering, it really annoys me. It is so bad here in Scotland, it really is. A gorgeous country with lots of green and nature, yet spoiled by littering.
Littering is a worldwide scourge. So many have no regard at all for nature and the environment.
ReplyDeleteIt's so sad David, it really is :-(
DeleteIt's a problem here too. I agree with David.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad really. A worldwide problem :-(

ReplyDeleteIt is a pity that so much garbage is left in nature.
It really is spoils it :-(
Delete...only 48%?
ReplyDeleteYeah! exactly Tom!
DeleteEste problema do lixo é mundial, acho que só os japoneses não tem este problema. Beijos nas bochechas! (❁´◡`❁)
ReplyDeleteA few countries don't. More education is needed!
DeleteWe've never littered, we were raised better than that!
ReplyDeleteYup me too and trying to teach my daughter too Terry :-D
DeleteOh I hate littering too! Here in Barcelona thankfully less people litter, mostly just the tourists! There's bins and garbage cabins every two blocks so there's no excuse :)
ReplyDeleteIt's horrible isn't it. I saw that in Spain when we were there, they take pride in their country :-D
DeleteMe gusta el letrero. te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteThanks :-D
DeleteDear Ananka, I am also against littering.
ReplyDeleteYes Irina. It's horrible. I am teaching Ailith!
DeleteGreat sign -Christine cmlk79.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteThanks Christine :-D
DeleteWe all could do better!
ReplyDeleteWe all could Angie :-D
DeleteNon si deve abbandonare i rifiuti!
ReplyDeleteSo true Olga :-D
DeleteBiggest problem in my country...
ReplyDeleteSame all over Ashok, sadly :-(
DeleteSee it everywhere around Stockholm. I always have my bike bag, and camera bag with me so I usually put any trash ther until I find a trash can. Not really very hard, is it. People are weird.
ReplyDeleteI am surpised you have it over here! I usually pick it when out my walks. Yes indeed people are weird!
DeleteUna bona recomanació !, s'ha de tenir cura del entorn en el que vivim, sinó volem viure envoltats de porqueria : )
ReplyDeleteSalut !!.
Very true! Surrounded by crap haha! We need to respect nature more :-D
DeleteBoa quinta-feira com muita paz e saúde. Aqui temos o mesmo problema.
ReplyDeleteIt's all over sadly Luiz. Thanks :-D
DeleteAnanka também sou contra jogar lixo na rua, aqui no Brasil não é diferente, muitas pessoas jogam todo tipo de luxo na rua, na praia é horrível, Ananka bjs.
ReplyDeleteIt really is horrible :-(
Delete...a beauty?
ReplyDeleteIs this for the Sawfly post Tom?!
DeleteIts not hard to hang on to something until you either find a bin or go home. Wonder if the sign actually makes people who would litter, refrain from it?
ReplyDeleteExactly! And it is lighter on the way back! I wonder too!
DeleteThat is a very important sign! I don't understand people who litter.
ReplyDeleteMe neither Shannon!
DeleteLittering is horrible. Maybe signs like this one can help a bit!
ReplyDeleteWe can only hope Ivana :-D
DeleteLitter should always be taken home if there is not a bin to place it in.
ReplyDeleteMy parents taught me that, I taught my children that and now the grandchildren have also been taught that ... in fact one of my Grandsons goes on voluntary litter picks with a local group.
A well spotted sign though.
All the best Jan
Exactly. That's great. I teach my daughter and hopefully she will spread the word too Jan :-D
