One Happy Crow

 

This crow was happy to see me. When I visit the pond I always put seeds down for the crows. I also put the duck food pellets at the edge of the water for them too. Crows are awesome.

I really like how this one turned out. Absolutely love crows!

Happy St Paddy's Day, it's a big thing in Scotland. But more importantly it's my partner's birthday today, Happy Birthday to him 💓.

Waiting For Food

 

This crow was waiting for me to feed it. I think you all know I love crows, they are wonderful and highly intelligent birds.

AND it's March already. Happy March everyone and let's hope it does stop raining in Scotland for just a wee bit!

A Crow Among The Buttercups

 

One from the archives. I always loved seeing the crows at the pond. I would always make sure they were fed. They would see me coming and wait nearby. Crows are good friends to have.

This crow was giving me that cute head tilt look that they do when they are trying to figure you out! What a beautiful bird.

 This is a crow from the pond. I feed them all the time and they are great friends to have.

Food For The Crow

 

This crow is eating the food pellets I put in the water for the ducks and swans. He was a regular at the pond and I used to put some at the edge of the water for him.

David over at https://travelswithbirds.blogspot.com/ was asking what sort I use. These are the ones I use here: Wild Things. I like these as they float. I usually throw these into the pond or canal for the water birds and the wild bird seeds for all the birds on land!

I really like this crow standing on the wooden post. He is a looking at me with a curious look. Don't worry, I'll give you some seeds!

A Beautiful Bird and Sky

 The crow is standing proud up in this tree and I am in love with that sky!! Isn't it just gorgeous?

Good View Point

 

It is no secret that I love crows. I am not sure what my favourite animal is...toss up between cats, crows and ducks. All 3 amaze me. Crows are just so special I think and they always seek me out on my walks. This one had a good view point up the tree! I left seeds for him and he was happy. It takes a few days for a crow to be my friend and build up a relationship. I think a crow is a good friend to have.

Crow And Pellets

 

I put floating pellets in the pond for the ducks and coots. I also put some at the edge of the water for the crows. This crow was happy to get a collection of them!

A Crow And A Moorhen Went Ice Skating

 

Took these the other day when it was really frosty. The pond was mostly frozen and I put seeds down and a crow appeared then the resident moorhen couldn't resist the allure of the seeds! Was fun to watch them. 

It's A Murder

 

A good few crows here. I always feed them with seeds. They are such wonderful birds and good friends to have I think.
