Sign at Edinburgh Christmas Market

Saw this sign at the Edinburgh Christmas Market last year. I thought it was cool and cute and nice! It was at the Mulled Wine and Drinks Stall.

    We don't tip as a rule. Better to pay people a good salary.

    I like tipping, especially when the service is good but I sometimes do it even when it is because working with people is not easy.
