Mexican Orange Blossom

Mexican Orange Blossom in Scotland

This is a Mexican Orange Blossom. It is very pretty.

Had my appointment today with the physio. Got a few exercises I need to do and I need to keep it moving. He said I was put as much weight on my left leg as I can tolerate.  He checked my hips and knees and they were all good, I hadn't lost any strength. So now it is no pain no gain and motion is lotion time!

  4. Dear Ananka, thank you for telling me about your health. Of course, you're in a lot of pain. Of course, ankle recovery is a long process. You're a brave girl! You'll be fine!

  12. Good news. I read an article this week that said that it was good for pretty much everything to stand on one leg for a few minutes every day, so I have added that to my workout routine.

  15. What a beautiful blossom.
It is great you haven't lost strength. Whenever I end up in hospital, my muscle mass just vanishes overnight and I need time to get fit again.
Physio can be painful and challenging but it is good you are recovering.
