This is a Mexican Orange Blossom. It is very pretty.
Had my appointment today with the physio. Got a few exercises I need to do and I need to keep it moving. He said I was put as much weight on my left leg as I can tolerate. He checked my hips and knees and they were all good, I hadn't lost any strength. So now it is no pain no gain and motion is lotion time!

It is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mikael :-D

DeleteGood news. I read an article this week that said that it was good for pretty much everything to stand on one leg for a few minutes every day, so I have added that to my workout routine.
ReplyDeleteThanks Stefan. Yeah I've heard that too :-D

DeleteWhat a beautiful blossom.
ReplyDeleteIt is great you haven't lost strength. Whenever I end up in hospital, my muscle mass just vanishes overnight and I need time to get fit again.
Physio can be painful and challenging but it is good you are recovering.
It's so pretty. Yes I was very happy with the appointment and made me feel mentally better too :-D
