I have been Blogging since 2011. I first started with 2 Blogs about nail polish, which I do from time to time. My main focus is on my more recent Blog which is about photography, mainly nature and wildlife. Welcome to my little world :-)
I am not sure what it is either 100 percent but my plant finder described it as an American black willow, Gulf black willow, Swamp willow, Godding, or Dudley willow from the family salicaceae - willow. My plant finder occasionally gives the wrong id so I would treat this with a pinch of salt. Whatever it is Ananka, this is a great photo!
It looks lovely with the moss on it. I am no expert in trees but would hazard a guess at River birch. They have a very different bark to other birches.
Boa noite minha querida amiga Ananka. A textura desta árvore é bonita. Bom início de semana e grande abraço do seu amigo brasileiro.

ReplyDeleteIt seems a cork oak (Quercus Suber).

ReplyDeleteDear Ananka, this tree looks like a black birch.
ReplyDeleteI like how the moss snakes around it.

ReplyDeletePeeling bark tree
ReplyDeleteI wouldn’t even hazard a guess at the identity of the tree, but its moss-encrusted trunk is quite beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThere is a wonderful surface in the wood! Some trees have a really nice surface on the trunk. Have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteAnanka não sei informar mas é uma imagem interessante, desejo uma feliz segunda-feira bjs.
