I have been Blogging since 2011. I first started with 2 Blogs about nail polish, which I do from time to time. My main focus is on my more recent Blog which is about photography, mainly nature and wildlife. Welcome to my little world :-)
This crow was happy to see me. When I visit the pond I always put seeds down for the crows. I also put the duck food pellets at the edge of the water for them too. Crows are awesome.
I love crows too. They are building their nests in several of the trees around our land. Two of the trees I can see clearly from my window when I am at the computer. Sometimes it looks like a scene from "The Birds", except these crows are friendly.
Crows fly over our yard, but usually don't venture into it. They do bedevil the squirrels a bit in the Spring when they are nesting in the tops of the trees. I love to hear them cawing to each other. Yesterday, my husband and I heard a strange crow sound and looked up in time to see one chasing and pecking a large hawk. The crows are very brave birds.
