About Me

My photo
I'm a simple Scottish girl with an unusual name and a strange obsession for nail polish! My aim is to capture what the eye sees, with a camera! Too much nail polish and never enough time. I have also started wildlife photography, which I enjoy very much. Welcome to my little world :-)

Cows

I like cows and I met these girls when I was out on one of my walks back in June. They were very curious and wanted to say hello. The black one at the very front was really friendly and wanted some grass!

Got out again today. Happy I managed 3 days in a row!

It was a year ago today that Charlie Watts died. RIP.

  1. Cows do look peaceful until they exhaled heavily. I often got spooked by that. Great shots and good that you are feeling better

  7. WAAAA SUPER CUTE! Whenever I walk my way to the park, there are cows roaming around this flat meadow by the street and I always go close to them and say hello! They are super cute!

  8. Oh, so you have Anguses there in your country too. Which means beef!
Where I was raised in Texas, we had cows and sheep. I was told by my grandfather that our herd of 22 was something they always tried to continue on with 22 as they had to sell off the cattle for various reasons to survive in farm and ranching. Recently, I found out from an old neighbor they had are down to just 2 cows now due to the severe drought.
