This is one of the Zebras from Chessington Zoo. He has a lovely pattern I think and was enjoying the sunshine.
Good news too...had my physio today and he said my ankle is getting stronger and doing well. He said to go down to one crutch for walking outside. Need to keep up with the exercises, been a bit lax though since I started walking without the boot.

Boa tarde Ananka. Confesso, só vi zebra, uma vez no antigo zoológico, da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Desejo recuperação total da sua saúde. Desejo uma excelente noite de sexta-feira. Grande abraço do seu amigo brasileiro.
ReplyDeleteGood you saw them. Thanks Luiz, much appreciated :-D
DeleteHandsome photo of the zebra. I am glad your physio is happy with your progress.
ReplyDeleteWe have been getting the same weather as you. This afternoon the sun actually shone for a while, and then it snowed! We don't get snow, it is usually on Dartmoor about 3-4 miles from us. The sun came out again and it soon melted. It is such a rare occurrence that I should have taken a photo!
Thanks Jackie :-D Slowly getting there :-D
DeleteIt's been crazy up here with wild winds and rain. We only get a little snow then it melts again!
Very good news!-Christine cmlk79.blogspot.com

Sending lots of good wishes your way.
All the best Jan
Thanks Jan :-D
DeleteYes indeed. Thanks :-D
Me alegro por tu tobillo y no dejes de hacer la rehabilitación porque después lo sientes. Linda imagen. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteThat's it exactly. It is there to help! Thanks :-D
DeleteJudging by that picture, I'd say definitely that a zebra is white with black stripes rather than black with white stripes. Good news about your ankle.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kirk, getting there. He has a lovely pattern :-D
DeleteYes, that is good news on your ankle. Moving is the best thing we can do. Love the shot of the Zebra.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nicole. Movement is the best for it :-D
DeleteThat’s a lovely photo. Zebras always have such striking patterns, and it’s nice to hear this one was enjoying the sunshine at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. Congratulations on the good news about your ankle. Moving down to one crutch sounds like real progress. Recovery can take patience, but it’s encouraging to hear the strength is coming back. Keep at those exercises, you’re clearly heading in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteThanks Melody. Slow progress for these sort of injuries but getting there. Glad you like him :-D
DeleteThat's great! Still have enough time before the weather is really warm.
ReplyDeleteThanks Angie :-D Sure is, been wild winds and wet here!
DeleteThat is great news

DeletePretty zebra and great news about your leg.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathy :-D
DeleteZebra's are fascinating animals. Did you ever see a piece about them about their stripes? This article said they were good at keeping flies away and someone started painting stripes on his cow. Not sure how that turned out. So glad to hear about your progress. I know for myself it's hard to do the exercise when there's a part of your body that doesn't want to. Important though so good luck on getting more of it, and I will applaud you all the way :)
ReplyDeleteThey really are Denise :-D Oh right, yes I wonder how the cow felt about that haha!
DeleteIt is and I need to stay focused too! Walking and keeping it moving is good but must do the exercises too! :-D
Una bona imatge !. Em pregunto si la zebra és blanca amb ratlles negres o negra amb ratlles blanques ?! hehehehe
ReplyDeleteMe'n alegro de la teva millora i que poc a poc, et vagis recuperant del tot i bé !.
