Dandelions are wonderful flowers. They help nature so much and they are pretty. Sadly a lot of people view these amazing flowers as weeds! Not me haha! As you can see, a whole bunch of different insects love them too. I drink dandelion tea and my daughter likes to eat them.
I don't know why but insects often like dandelions.

DeleteI love dandelions. I made something that is called ' honey from dandelions' a few years ago. I picked them up a little higher than I live, in one of the villages on the hills under the mountains. It's not exactly real honey as it is basically made by boiling the flowers and melting sugar in their juice. Old people say it's very healthy and it's certainly an interesting alternative to honey, but I think real honey is always healthier and better....Sugar is not that healthy as we know. Still, it was an interesting recipe to try.
