I agree that it is Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor), one of the most common mushrooms in the world, I should think. I lose track of the European locations I have seen it, and it is abundant here in southern Ontario.
A shelf fungus, I guess--- We have them-- sometimes growing on the sides of shady buildings. It took me a while to see the fly as well. A fine picture.
